About Us

Our mission is to provide joy, ease, and healing to everyone through yoga and spiritual practices.

Rose Paull~  I am founder of Wild Poppy Yoga and Movement. I am an  RYT-500 through Yoga Alliance and a certified Inner Alignment Coach through Kimberly Beekman. I completed my 200 hour Teacher Training with Kusum Institute, focus on Ashtanga and Yin. I completed my 300 hour Teacher Training with Yoga Farm Ithaca, focus on Kundalini, Enneagram, Ayurveda, and Lunar Wisdom.  I have completed a 40-hour teacher training for the Primary Series of Ashtanga and 100-hour Next Level Training (focus on Second Series) with David Swenson. I have received a certificate for completing the Barre Where You Are Primary Barre Instructor Course.
I have immense respect and gratitude towards my teachers. It is truly an honor to share with others what I have learned from them. Much love to you all!
